Having fun is a very important part of living! It’s even in the United States’ Constitution…”the pursuit of happiness”.
Try This Exercise
- On a sheet of paper, make a list of 10 things that make you happy.
- Think about the items on your list and place a number beside each item from 1-10 , 10 representing the happiest you have ever been to a 1 which means your just passing time.
- Now take another sheet and list the top 10 places you would like to travel in the world.
- Think about the items on your list and place a number beside each item from 1-10 , 10 representing the happiest you have ever been to a 1 which means your just passing time.
- On another sheet of paper list the top 10 people you would like to meet.
- Beside each name explain why you’d like to meet them.
- On another piece of paper answer the following questions… A. I just discovered that I am special because…
B. If I had 3 wishes I would wish for…
C. In my lifetime I would like to… - I consider Sunday a good time to celebrate Gratitude Day...Name at least 5 people who you are truly grateful for…
- This coming Sunday celebrate Gratitude Day by sending these people on your list s card, gift or flowers and tell them how thankful you are that they are in your life.
- During the week find someone new who you can honor & celebrate the following Gratitude Day.
Not only will you find this fun…but it is also fulfilling to celebrate others…They might think that you are crazy at first but this craze will catch-on!
